Hey there — I’m Matt, and this is Midwest Wood Lab.
By day I help run the automation behind some of the world’s largest data centers. But when I punch out for the day, I enjoy spending time in the shop finding new and creative ways to turn raw wood into something unique. With a few tools, a pile of rough lumber, and more YouTube tutorials than I care to admit, I’ve been slowly building a hobby that’s become a passion.
